BoJack Horseman Season 4
Today snuck up on you. I know it did. You might not even realize what today is, because that’s how this goes. Your favorite Netflix series pops up, a whole season at a time, without fanfare or fuss.
TODAY, Season 4 of BoJack Horseman dropped on Netflix.
That wonderful, awful show that reminds us all of our deepest psychological fears and issues. Inadequacy, doubt, mortality. It hits on everything we feel and think and never say aloud. But it’s also relentlessly funny and has layers upon layers of hidden jokes that you catch on each repeated view.
I’m a fan. Can you tell?
Whether you’re marathoning at home last minute because you didn’t realize it premiered or going to an artfully prepared premiere theme-party, I’ve got you covered. Finger foods are the key to any party, however big or small. Mostly so people can pocket them. I guarantee BoJack and Charlotte would approve.
Below is a recipe for Pocket Quiches with Pant Prosciutto. Perfect for serving at a BoJack party and the perfect size to stash away to eat at home later.

Pocket Quiches with Pant Prosciutto
Ingredients
1 pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
3 oz prosciutto
1 oz gouda, shredded (optional)
2 cups heavy cream
3 eggs
½ tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Roll out pie dough and shape into individual quiche pans.
Cut the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces. Reserve one slice for garnish. Distribute the rest of the meat and the cheese into the bottom of the mini pie shells.
Whisk together cream, eggs and spices and pour over the meat and cheese.
Bake quiches for 15-20 minutes (depending on size of quiches). When a toothpick comes out cleanly from the center they are done.
Garnish the top of the quiches with remaining prosciutto. Serve.
